At the risk of sounding like the pedant that I am, wouldn't it be more accurate to call the site "The Cronyist" or something of that nature to emphasize affinity and association rather than consanguineity? That would entail a certain loss in accessibility in popular connotation, but you no doubt know what I mean.
J.D.: You're no pedant! And, 'tis true that while the *primary* definition for nepotism is proffering services, jobs, favors to family, the extended use (according to the online OED I just double-checked) includes friends, protégées, and others within one's sphere of influence. However and ultimately it comes down to two points: 1) We are in a way a kind of family, us and 2) The Nepotist sounds better than The Cronyist. Accuracy be damned! We're poets!
What the hey, I like the poems, why not? I could have said eyes are stars earth is a mother sun our father time is a river life is a dream who are you? but your faq page nixed the need. Nevertheless how can poemetry be submitted in as equally anonymous fashion as you invite it, invisibly, mysteriously? because I agree, go for it veiled, who fears friendship?

I hope you'll keep reading, in any case--
Your Friend,
The Nepotist
